Greece: Antifa protest attacked by the Police

An antifa protest in Athens turned ugly after being attacked by the riot police and it ended up in clashes between protesters and the police.

In the wake of the tragedy in the island of Farmakonisi, thousands protested today against the xenophobic policies of the Greek state and the march of the Golden Dawn nazis in central Athens.

The Police banned the antifa protest but not the march of Golden Dawn.

There is one severely injured Kurd political refugee who was transferred unconscious to the hospital. Several arrests and detention by the Police.
